Musician Dre Cali’s promising career is being threatened. A record label that he was previously signed to, Wyse Technologies has threatened to sell some of the singer’s properties to recover money they allegedly invested in him while he was still under their label.
Dre Cali is accused of switching from Wyse Technologies before his contract with the former had not yet expired. Wyse wants compensation of Ugx 81m and says they will sell Dre Cali’s car, stock in his girlfriend’s Wines and Spirits Shop, among other things.
The label claims that Dre Cali fled the country and has not been able to attend court session ever since he was sued.
Mpaka Records is yet to release a statement regarding Dre Cali’s alleged disappearance.
