EFC Uganda closes five of its business service centers to streamline business processes
Starting from October 24th, 2023, EFC Uganda will embark on closing down five of its business service centres to help streamline business processes while leveraging partnerships in the banking sector.
This strategic decision will only affect EFC’s Non-deposit facilities, with its service centres in Kireka, Mukono & Nateete being slated to close on the 21st November 2023, while Kalerwe and Nansana will effectively be closed out on the 31st December 2023.
EFC Uganda Limited (MDI), a microfinance institution in Uganda licensed and supervised by the Bank of Uganda is committed to contributing to the development of the country’s private sector by providing increased access to financial services for the underserved Micro, Small and Medium Entrepreneurs (MSMEs) market segment.
It should be noted that EFC’s services to its esteemed clients will seamlessly continue through its cash handling branches at both Kamwokya Branch, on EFC House, Plot 45 Kira Road, Kamwokya and Ndeeba Branch, on Master Wood Plaza, Masaka Road, Ndeeba.
The Customers shall also continue to utilize the convenience of its Easy Mobile Platform that caters for both MTN MoMo & Airtel Money deposits with full details displayed on the EFC website; https://efcug.com/easy-mobile.
Deposits can also be made through its partner banks as shown on the website; https://efcug.com/partner-banks.
